Where does my order come from?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped out of the United States by me, Steph!

When will I get my order?

I try to fulfill orders within 5 business days of when they're placed. If you don't get a shipping notification by a week after your order is placed, please contact us with your order details.

I recently ordered something, but I would like to place another order on a new item. Is there any way you can ship them together so I won't have to pay double shipping?

If you haven't received a shipping notification yet, please reach out and I'll see what I can do.

My order is incorrect or damaged

Please contact us as soon as you realize something is wrong with your order! We will try to get it sorted as soon as possible.

Tracking says my order was delivered but it never arrived

Sometimes the USPS marks an item as delivered a few days before it actually gets delivered. It's dumb, I know, but please wait a few days and if it still hasn't shown up, contact us!

Why was my package returned to sender?

Sometimes this happens for a number of different reasons:

The address entered was wrong
The package was refused- this might happen if you put a strange name on it, so be sure to use a name that you will recognize
Order was not picked up at post office or customs fees were not paid

If any of these happens, you can choose to either get your order shipped to you again for an additional shipping cost, or get a full refund of the items minus the shipping.

Why don't you offer shipping to [my] country?

I'm the only person currently running this little shop so handling VAT and other paperwork involved in shipping to certain countries can be overwhelming. I hope to eventually ship worldwide and will update here when I can do that!

When will this item be restocked?

As a small business run by just me, I can't guarantee that all items will be restocked quickly or at all. If there are any updates on items being restocked, I will let the mailing list know first and then it'll be shared to social media, so make sure you are following!

Do you sell wholesale?
